Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.6 I went to one of their parties and they are not like how they were before, like at all. I think they cleared out their house and started fresh. The new group of guys seem cool and are cute. I could see them moving up in the next couple of years.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.0 Solid group of guys that are overshadowed by their next door neighbors. I've partied with them a couple times and i can tell you that their younger guys are way cooler than their older ones. If they can bring their numbers up in the next couple years i don't see why they can't move up in the rankings.
