Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.8 I guess Theta Xi reformed last year and that must be why there are bad votes in the past. They are on the up and up no doubt and have really nice guys. Don't bag on a house if you don't know them. Duh they are smaller, if you knew them they do it for a reason because they like knowing everybody.

They're a third of the size of all of the houses that are relevant, no sororities want to have socials with them. No grades, no involvement. Just some goobers trying to convince themselves they aren't the worst.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.4 The Theta Xi guys are pretty average and their social is okay. They made sure we all were having fun when we had a social with them which was really nice of them and a change of pace from other houses. I think if they remodeled their house they would definitely have a better chance of making a name for themselves on campus.
