Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.6 I agree with everyone saying they have improved a lot over the last few years. You can't really argue that they are a solid lower-middle to middle-tier house now. They just need to stop partying a little and get their grades up because that is hurting them with their rush and reputation. They also dress super frat which makes people think they are try hards.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.0 Theta Xi guys are so welcoming all the time. They always make sure people are safe at their parties and that everyone gets home safe. Not the largest house but they make it work. I love hanging with almost all of their guys!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.0 Theta Xi is probably one of the most improved houses on campus. They are still by no means a top or even middle tier house but they are growing significantly and are certainly improving.
