Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 2.4 These group of guys come off super genuine as first, but after awhile nothing changes. The parties are always the same group of people. Always a reliable place to get JJ. But overall its not a place to really waste your time, theres definitely a lot better houses on campus.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.2 Definitely underestimated. Some of the guys give off a weird vibe but there are definitely decent guys in there. The parties are a good time and the brotherhood seems great. They are growing.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 2.6 Full of themselves. They have a house on campus but I dont see how they can afford it with only about 50 active members. In my opinion I think they should sell their house to a fraternity that is actually relevant that does not have a house, such as Kappa Sig or PIKE. Every guy I know has gotten a bid from them. There is one of the actives in my class that dips during it which is disgusting. They make good JJ though
