Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 2.8 Sig chi is probably the most overrated house on this website. They're small, awkward, not that good looking and they're parties aren't fun. Their "DJ's" aren't anywhere near as good as they think they are. Overall they're just not good.

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.0 Sig Chi doesn't have the coolest guys, or the biggest house, but it's refreshing to have a group of guys that are respectful and aren't full of themselves.

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.2 probably one of the lowest middle tier houses but honestly getting a lot better. They have some really great guys and some really weird guys. still don't have a great social reputation but they are on the rise for sure.
