Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 2.4 Definition of a middle tier house, but they are on the decline. They do not follow IFC's new rules so girls leave their parties so we don't get fined. They throw a good party and have some cuties, but not involved and their house is a mess. If they do not get money for a house renovation they will definitely be the next sig nu and get kicked off.

Definition of a middle tier house, but they are on the decline. They do not follow IFC's new rules so girls leave their parties so we don't get fined. Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 5.0 By far one of the best houses on campus. The negative rankings are from other fraternitys that don't like the men in SAE. Yes their house is kinda messy but every sorority loves them. They are so fun and nice, with great parties. Don't listen to the other reviews. Plus there are quite a few hotties
