Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.5 phi delt is being hated on but personally i really like them. they maybe should try to recruit better but other than that i love them. they are so nice and friendly and their parties are fun.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 1.9 Phi Delt has been going downhill for around two years now. This latest string of reprehensible events involving the conduct of their pledge class perfectly reflects that.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 1.7 We have all witnessed the fall of Phi Delt first hand. Once a top 3 house on campus now know as “the zoo”. The guy falling out of the window last year was funny but all the other stories from Phi Delt show the decline. Rip.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.5 Nice guys, fun parties, the house sucks though. They have fun formals and in general are fun to be around. Not the top house, but top 5 in my opinion.

Not only does their house smell like piss but the guys would probably look better if they just pissed on each other. These guys are the definition of a bottom house which is why they cant get girls to come to their parties.
