They're very nice girls- but a majority are kinda weird. Not a top tier house. Very nice though, like I said. Also known as crazy ds- because they're known for being a little crazy when drinking. Very easy to get a bid for this house.

there are a few nice guys... but a lot of sleaze-balls and pot heads. you might be safer driving yourself home from a party than with a sig brew sober driver

what house doesn't have a chance, but this one compared to other houses on the block is lower tier. they don't raise the bar in involvement or social activities, a group of average girls.
