Diverse guys, some/most.. they smoke, parties are mostly dudes, new house is a plus. Friend of mine has lived at the party house for a couple years now, weird to see how much its changed. Dirty but DJs and kegs. Doesnt seem like it would be the best choice if you were choosing to rush.

Why did the house not open it's doors to others on campus? We always have fun when our frat is invited but doesn't happen often.
