There's a reason Chi Phi fails on most campus's and this chapter is a prime example why

All of the girls in this house are very well rounded.

The girls at Theta are some of the nicest girls in the Greek community. Some of my best friends are thetas and whenever I am with them they are always so nice and willing to help each other out. People may think they are in to themselves, but really they are a family. So much fun to go out with because they know how to have a good time but also can chill at the house in sweats with a t-shirt. So involved and willing to serve the community. This house is amazing.

Personally my favorite house. The guys always have a good time and make an effort to meet new people. No matter who it is or how drunk they are, these boys will always take care of you! Every party is such a rage, not douches at all. After hours for life!!!

Oops wrong rank before. But I also heard they will no longer have a house. That's too bad for these girls because its not their fault. I know some genuine girls in this house but I honestly don't know if they will be here much longer

I know some great girls in this house, but they didn't event fill their house this year. That's sad for Pi Phi. Half of their house was on academic probation this last year and had the worst GPA during recruitment. A bunch of party TOO HARDers.

Moving up! Have had a couple really good pledge classes the past two years. Don't party with top frats. Just gotta work on filling their house

Really nice girls, but not that popular. Have some great friends in this house. Just don't hear about them much.
