So does the notice on your front door mean you guys are off until you renovate or rebuild the house? I know you guys had plans for doing so within the next 5 years but now are those plans sped up? Going to hurt your summer rush obviously but what happens now to everyone else in there? Sorry you guys gotta go through it but hopefully it'll payoff later on.

They had to have another fraternity move into their house because they didn't have enough money or guys to finance it. Pathetic. If you're gonna have a new house make sure you can actually afford it
