Top tier house. I recently just met a few really sweet Thetas, but until then all I had met were girls who were snotty and self-absorbed. I'm in a house, but even I get put-off by the comments that some of them make against GDI's. Overall attractive and a decent GPA (I think) but can be really, really sloppy. I think this year's pledge class hurt them.

I hear horror stories about the drama that goes on in the house. They're known as "Phi Moo" and have one of the worst GPAs. I know a few girls who are kind of awkward and not very social.

Bottom tier, unfortunately. I liked this house well enough when I rushed, but I just got an airhead vibe from the house. Pledge class this year was decent, and I hope (for their sake) they're on their way up. They just need to not be so sloppy and unclassy!

Solid mid-upper tier. Very smart, very classy--but that's because they rarely go out. I have know girls in this house who are really, really sweet and they're all really involved, too. Overall a good house--they just never party!

Definitely known as a top-tier, but can be stuck-up and snotty. A fairly attractive house, but I just can't get over how shallow some of them are.

A middle to top tier. They're almost all attractive (this is coming from a straight girl, haha) and they party a TON, but aren't the classiest or the smartest. I've met some girls who aren't very nice, but I've also met some nice girls. Their nickname is A Chi Hoe and I'd like to say that's not true but...

Not great, not terrible. They can be kind of awkward, and many of my guy friends in frats don't like to party with them because sometimes they just don't show up. Very involved, though!

I rushed and this house definitely stood out. They're sweet girls with a great all-house GPA. I'm not a GPhi but I definitely admire their sisterhood and personalities!

They're definitely a top tier and an extremely difficult house to get into. I have a few former friends in the house who have completely changed since pledging this year. Many of the girls--I can't say all--can be catty and shallow and, quite frankly, scary. They're smart and pretty though, so I'll give them that.

Solid middle tier. Very involved, very classy, and a great GPA. They don't party a whole lot, but all of the AOPi's I know are total sweethearts! Not my house, but I definitely respect them. I don't hear about much drama. Not a house to join if you like to party and be a hot mess, but definitely one to join if you like to be involved.
