I'm honestly very surprised at the ratings here at UNL, especially the Beta's in regards to the houses rated above them. They are very academically oriented and have constantly been a source of gentlemen on a campus that is moving away from it. I can always expect to be treated well by all of them and feel safe whenever i attend their parties.

All of these guys are very smart and very involved on campus. I love the fact that they are also really social and fun to be around. Solid! I love my Betas!

A top house is a matter of opinion. Sure the DG's could be more involved but they're a super laid back group of girls. They may "fall off the face of the earth" after rush but that's better than having a horrible reputation of showing up to parties and downing all the booze before so much as interacting with guys. I dunno. I like all the ones I've met.

My favorite house this year. Hottest pledge class on campus and very strong showing at parties. Great group of fun loving girls. The ones I know are also very good students. Very impressed.

I absolutely love these guys. They are so fun and they always set up good parties. The palace and after hours are the best!

Pretty easy to see where these ladies are on campus.

SUPER HOT. They're all pretty nice and easy to talk to, usually not awkward. I'll go to an SAE party any day

For not having a house, they sure have a decent presence on campus. Awesome to party with--I always have a good time at Kappa Sig parties. Not the best looking house, but they're super fun.

I've been to multiple Delt parties and I've almost always had a good time. Went to their house a few months ago to work on a group project and everyone was super nice. Quite a few lookers. Can be awkward, but overall a decent group of guys.
