one word: ratchet. im a guy and even i think they're stuck up. they think they're way hotter than they actually are. would not want to hang out with them outside of a party.

Everyone that has commented negative about this house is in a bottom tier house. Phi Psi has become a top tier house within the last 4 years. They are considered a top tier house and throw socials with the best sororities on campus. girls love them and they know how to have a good time without crossing the line. gentlemen all around and majority of them will be very successful in the future.
