Unfortunately, the turnover rate for these guys is actually pretty sad. For the number of guys they sign every year, the go on to lose a good chunk within the year or following year. Not sure if it's how they structure their classes or whatever but they need to work on retention for sure.

These girls have never had the best reputation and their new freshman are only making it worse. They're sometimes fun to be around, but they are sloppy and way too easy which actually ruins it all around. Overall, not a good house and quite disappointing

They may be losing their house, but a fraternity is about a hell of a lot more than the walls you live in. This house is full of stellar upstanding guys and as they transition into building backup their chapter, you better watch out for these guys to be the up and coming thing!
