Pretty good house, but are probably ranked beneath Beta and Farmhouse. They are overall a decently good house, but the fact that they act stuck up really hurts them.

To be honest, if there is one fraternity that runs this campus, it would have to be Beta, followed by Sig Ep and Farmhouse. They continually have the highest GPA, have sick ass parties, and live up to their "Men of Principle" name. They are also extremely involved on campus, holding positions in almost every major organization. They also typically sign pretty good looking guys.

Great mix of girls- plenty who know how to have fun either going out or have fun staying in. They always keep it classy, which is more than other houses can say. Chi O's are the ones you marry.

FARMHOUSE YAS. Love FH, seriously best fraternity at UNL. Such amazing guys who have great morals, I would marry a Farmhouse boy. So fun, they throw seriously the best parties and are awesome at making people feel comfortable. So down to earth, love them!

Feel very creeped out at their parties, they do not know how to talk to girls and they get very creepy when they are drunk. I do not recommend interacting with this house
