By far one of the best houses on campus. The negative rankings are from other fraternitys that don't like the men in SAE. Yes their house is kinda messy but every sorority loves them. They are so fun and nice, with great parties. Don't listen to the other reviews. Plus there are quite a few hotties

Last two comments are obviously from someone who didn't get a bid or is in a house that sucks. Beta has always been known as one of the best houses on campus. They also arent even close to being on the decline. One of the top houses, if not the top house on campus.
