These guys surprised me. Really nice and some cuties. They seem to really have a strong sense of brotherhood. There house is just ok but other than that they get a top tier.

They've been top tier the past couple years but not exactly number one. the past two pledge classes are definitely the hottest. They always show up to our parties.
