Definition of a middle tier house, but they are on the decline. They do not follow IFC's new rules so girls leave their parties so we don't get fined. They throw a good party and have some cuties, but not involved and their house is a mess. If they do not get money for a house renovation they will definitely be the next sig nu and get kicked off.

I have a lot of respect for these guys. They do a great job at displaying the respect and friendliness that most people seek. Though they sometimes go overboard with 'being gentlemen,' they do a good job at living out who they say they are. Keep it up boys!

DG's are very popular and well-liked on campus. Being in what is considered to be a "top-tier" sorority myself, I consider DG to be one as well. They don't start fights with other houses, get good grades, have fun, and are involved.

I would honestly call these guys upper middle tier. No they don't have a house and they are not that big in terms of numbers, but they are definitely a better bunch of guys than a lot of houses. They have some quality guys. I love hanging out with them because they aren't your stereotypical douche-bag frat guys!
