Unfortunately regarded as the bottom sorority which is sad because it’s home to some of the nicest girls and probably the best sisterhood on campus. There is just a personality type of less personable outgoing girls (doesn’t mean the dont exist in phi mu) or their awful stereotype is that they attract the “reject” girls. In reality, these girls are so kind and welcoming that they open their arms to anyone. Sure convos during recruitment may be a little awkward but people treat this house like it would be social suicide when in reality they attend just as many social events as all the other sororities

One of those in the very middle sororities with no specific type. I’ve heard they recruit only confident girls and i don’t really think that is true but a lot of these girls grow in confidence soooo much. Pretty great campus involvement along with chi o. The majority of girls in this house are wonderful but literally just a few messy people are tanking their rep with some other houses (and everyone knows who this is abt). People talk abt KD like they are bottom tier until they name 5-6 sororities they rank lower. ALSO have y’all seen the inside of this house cause it is bougie af and way bigger thank it looks on the outside.

Probably right smack in the middle of the houses when it comes to ranking, and really just average all around. Honestly solid overall but you never hear much about them. these girls are definitely consistently funny and personable. definitely has the most beautiful house (exterior wise) especially in the summertime. they really just need more of a presence on campus, in the greek community, and on social media if they want to keep up their high recruitment numbers.

i feel like this house is the go to sorority for girls who don’t really want to be in a sorority. AND THAT IS COMPLETELY OK. if you are more of a chill type and not wanting to become an outright sorority girl this is an amazing house for you. they don’t really have a “type” when it comes to look or personality during recruitment and will take pretty much anyone (in like an inclusive way not a desperate way). i will say the biggest turn off from this house is their low gpa and lack of involvement on campus.

Y’all imma be so fr i’m in another house but i wanted to be a DG soooo bad during recruitment. Even moving on from this house and being content where i am now, i still believe DG is the best sorority on campus. I think they are the only house that consistently checks off every single box. Some of the smartest girls, constantly the kindest people, always giving back to campus and community. it’s so sad that they are majority in state girls and i know they have been working on fixing it but i think they just have such a strong foundation that could be expanded to so much more. just underrated overall and SUCH A GOOD HOUSE. the sheer size of the president portrait is humorous tho

i think this house has so much to rebuild after a few scandals that it’s giving them an image that they don’t even fit anymore. i’ve heard people from this house pride themselves on having the “baddies” ig and i will say they abide by that type look wise but personality wise there is just as much of an assortment as most of the other sororities. girls that are absolute party animals and girls that stay in. there are some amazingly sweet girls in this chapter, it’s just unfortunate that a small group gives them a terrible reputation. one major plus though is that they might have the best philanthropy on campus (if you guys advertise i swear half the women on campus would attend)

This is one of those houses that is absolutely perfect for the girls who get recruited, and if you were dropped it was probably for the best. A lot of girls come into recruitment knowing that theta is considered the top house along with aphi, so it attracts a lot of people there for the wrong reason and leaves a lot of girls who aren’t as confident already counting it out. they need to do a better job of diversifying or else they are going to get the exact same girl in 50 different fonts pc after pc. it’s really sad because during recruitment there were so many girls shocked just by having a pleasant experience talking to their theta recruiters and i know for a fact there are amazing people in theta? i rlly just think that popularity of your sorority doesn’t mean much if you are only popular to one type of girl

theta may be the top sorority according to the frats, but for girls it is most definitely aphi. standing outside this house during recruitment was like a literal hellscape war zone… girls were ready to fight to the death to get into this house. if u know u are top house material i would personally choose this house but in an more neutral sense, this is the popular classy girl option compared to theta which is the more popular party girl option.
