I loved this house during rush and after. They are genuine, friendly, and not so cookie-cutter. They also will allow out-of-state girls, unlike others. My friends in this PC 23 are awesome; everyone I met during rush and after was cool. I wish I would have made it in KD. Their dues are high though. Don't read all the crap reviews for houses-most are dead wrong.

Kappa has the most genuine girls that find ways to be friends with everyone. People take housing improvements and hold it against the chapter when all it is doing is benefitting the sorority. This is the only sorority I know that makes group chats with other sororities just to grow friendships and not be exclusive to only themselves.
