Dont let them being an east campus house fool you. They arnt hicks, they arnt douchbag cowboys, and they are much better that AGR. Just because they are an east campus house dosnt mean they arnt real. Let's just say if these guys were on city they would be up there with the top tier houses. Keep up the good work boys.

To tell the truth, you most likely won’t get into theta unless you’re white blonde or skinny. They have no diversity and look for a certain type of girl. It’s 2019... that shouldn’t be the goal of a sorority anymore.

FarmHouse is the best fraternity at UNL. They are loved by most sororities and get along well with other fraternities on campus. They have a beautiful, new house and they are just all-around great dudes.

Really nice girls but I’ve seen a lot of them that run into issues with drinking at parties. Several are black listed and just overall makes things not fun. Also they are really small.
