Quality fraternity filled with a bunch of good guys who like to have fun, while still being academically involved. 10/10 recommend rushing.

Join any other sorority. Phi phi is good at most colleges but not here. There are some good looking girls but not many. 4/10.

Great group of guys. they don’t have a physical house on campus but that doesn’t seem to be an issue for them, they have a ton of quality guys in this house. great socially and are pretty involved.

Rushed this house over the summer and the only way they got guys to join was by lying to them about how they ACTUALLY party and how many members they have. Their brotherhood isn’t bad and they can have fun with each other and stuff like that but when it comes to anything remotely social involving females they act like a bunch of 5 year olds. If you want to join a bottom fraternity this is the perfect frat for you. If you want to join a Greek social house for social reasons, stay away. There are some nice guys in the house, but many are the weird guys.

Was lied to over summer rush about the number of members in the house, so take that as you will. if you’re a goober who wants to be in greek but is too lame to be in any other frat, this is the one for you. parties are always dead, but that’s probably because girls would rather party with real frats. in short, this frat is just a social club that bids anyone who breathes. The guys are nice though, and the brotherhood doesn’t seem too bad, so if you value that over clout, you could do worse.

After getting off social probation last year this house is on the come up. very social this year, and a great group of guys

For sure top house. The guys are so nice, always looking to meet new people, and want to be friends with you. They have a bad rep which is sad because they have really been working to turn it around. I go to their parties often and have never ever felt like i was unsafe, and i really can’t say that about many fraternities i have been to. They know how to have fun but also take their academics seriously. They also have recruited some really good guys in the last few pledge classes. For sure the nicest and most fun fraternity on campus.

The guys here are all pretty good looking, very smart, probably throw the most parties consistently, and are super nice. This frat is hella underrated.
