Had a formal with these guys this last weekend and they were very disrespectful. They showed up extremely drunk or blacked out and a lot of them actually got kicked out of the venue. This would be fine if it was at a regular party but it makes all the houses look bad when it happens at a formal. For those that don’t know multiple sororities and frats partner for formals, and the venue security can’t tell who is in which house. Our social chair is very disappointed as this will likely affect our ability to rent out the same venue in the future.

So excited for the halloween party coming up, these guys are the best frat to party with. They always provide drivers even when they don’t throw events, and as long as you’re close with the brothers they let you use the dds Thursday-Saturday! When they do have events the men are always very kind and seem excited to hang out with all of their guests. They are classy but also know how to have fun at the right times. They do shirts for their big events and seems like the do giveaways too which makes it even more fun. This is the only fraternity that is worth my time on this app, so thankful for them as I’ve personally had bad experiences as many other houses. I think being off campus actually does these guys right because they have a much better rep than anyone on creep row.

Seriously the nicest guys I’ve met at unl. Never hear of any of them being creepy or weird. Parties are top tier.

Had a guy from farmhouse follow me home after a frosh and all of them were all around creepy. honestly they have a lot of booze but i usually just steal it and take it to other frats. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

We had a formal with these guys and they were honestly so fun to be around. when we went back to the house it felt like they genuinely wanted to hang out with us and they were so sweet when they walked us home. WE LOVE DELT!!!!!!
