They are REALLY friendly, those guys are so sweet and they are so respectful. Parties are usually a blast too! I see them get slandered a lot by other frats but don’t listen these guys are the best! Only complaint is that they could be more involved in philanthropy (ahem dance marathon).

Theta Xi has some of the nicest guys and they always treat you with upmost respect. Plus there's a lot of attractive guys which is always great ;). Also the parties are really fun! They are middle tier rn but if they keep it up they will rise to the top.

UNL Pike sucks. No house and just overall a bunch of wannabe f boys. Not respectful to women. have 16 party houses yet can't have a good party. The name is all they got going for them
