SAE is a good social house at UNL but are known for being pretty stuck up. I personally don’t go there often but when I’ve gone it’s been okay. Also let’s not act like they didn’t joint with FIJI every weekend last year

Phi psi really fell off after their suspension and they haven’t been relevant for the 2 years that I’ve been at UNL. They’ve had really small pledge classes and their parties are mids

Got taken home by a spledge who I wanted nothing to do with their parties are extremely mid and they all like butt stuff their brotherhood is very strong though because they take each other home from froshes not women

I recently gave this frat a second chance. Over the last 5 years they have been known to be "bottom tier" but recently their pledge classes have been getting better. Also their parties recently were all pretty fun. Most of those guys are really nice and genuine. I feel like with a good fall 22 pc and a couple good exec boards this frat can move to top tier or upper mid but for now they deserve to be moved up to mid. Good job on reviving the house from the shambles it was in the mid 2010's. keep it going!

kappa delta is more like kappa sleazy after seeing their spring pledges just gives them a bad rep for sleeping around with half the guys on campus
