sae going off campus

Word is SAE are going off campus. Gonna be called Lions.
Got caught hazing. I know that there is some hold out amongst leadership but the rank-and-file of the frat is set on going off campus. Feel like this could be good for them in terms of greater freedom (although losing their chapter house will be a blow), but will have to now compete a bit more with 2nd tier off-campus frats; Apes and Phi.
