sae going off campus

Word is SAE are going off campus. Gonna be called Lions.
Got caught hazing. I know that there is some hold out amongst leadership but the rank-and-file of the frat is set on going off campus. Feel like this could be good for them in terms of greater freedom (although losing their chapter house will be a blow), but will have to now compete a bit more with 2nd tier off-campus frats; Apes and Phi.

If they go off, they lose their chapter house and thats the end of "Lions"

could somebody please shed some more light on SAE? Very curious about whats goin on - especially with regard to their new class
