fixed (as in rigged) formal recruitment & fall rus

The "system" seemed really screwy, with a lot of girls getting maybe 1 really "high ranked" house, maybe a mid tier and then everyone got ADPI. Over 60 girls had to "single select" or suicide 1 house on preference night--and were made to wait in line to do so; while the Director of Panhell "counseled" them not to--so they would be forced to accept ADPI . WTH?So many girls dropped out because of the "system". It doesn't work. My questions are: Will any sororities have openings/rush in the fall 2016? With AXO out of the action, fewer houses for potential pledges--why didn't the other remaining 8 houses take larger pledge classes? I think Panhell needs to PUNT the system--it's not working! Have there been many houses with fall rush/pledge classes in the past? (sorry so lengthy--just really irked at Penn's Panhell's Formal Rush).
