I'm only in 1 so I'm not really sure but seems like...
Tridelt- Hall, phi delt
Theta- Theos, oz
Oax-sae, apes
A phi- beta, ksig
Tabard- owls, oz
Sdt- zbt, apes
Chio- ksig, sig chi
Sk- idk
Adpi, zta-idk

This isn't very accurate. A's, Phi Delt, Theos and Oz all mix with the same sororitys, namely Theta, Tabard, Tridelt and OAX.

Conspicuously lacking from this list is Castle, which makes me think you're in Owls because you included the latter and not the former. Sure, hate on them all you want but no denying they mix with Theta, Tabard and OAX considerably.
