Switch Beta to where Apes is and put Apes roughly where Castle or Theos are, those guys are soft. Kappa squid way too high and trying to appear way more fratty and hazy lol. Put them alongside Apes with Castle or Theos lol.

beta, phi, and theos should be higher. phi like killed a killed a pledge last year lol...also owls, castle, and kappa squid pledging is a joke

Keep trying to appear legit, your pledging is softer than all the tools in your frat. Also, Owls pledging is certainly not a joke. It's on par with A's/Oz/Phi Delt, and a lot tougher than Castle's.

ZBT pledging is much easier than theos, castle, apes, phi, or kappa sig.
Also it's so easy to forget them but add zetes to the very very very bottom. it's so easy.

Zbt pledging is disproportionate to their tier. It's just as hard as the above posters have said. Theos pledging is a joke

Apes is too high from what I've heard, but the list is good. I would put them between Castle and Theos or Castle and Beta / Phi.
SAE is gonna be even easier to pledge now because nationals mandated that all new members be initiated in something like three days. It might well be that they make those 72 hours unusually rough for the pledges but still it's nothing next to what others will have to go through.
