Yeah, sorry kid. Castle and Owls kids are a mixed bag. Most of them are just rich, awkward kids, very different from the quality pc's of top fraternities. I would put them as the last ones on upper mid behind SAE and yes, even APES. Maybe at the top of mid tier too, who knows.

If the title of the post is called "scene," internationals like owls and castle are much scenier than sae

That seems to be the consensus around here:
A's, Theos, Phi Delt, Oz
SAE, Castle, Owls
All the rest you included are fine.
Beta might be a bit too high because of small pledge classes but I like them.
