most recent pc's
by: FroshWhat were the most recent pledge classes of A's, Theos, Phi Delt, Oz, SAE, Castle, Owls, Apes, Zetes and Beta? I know some of them (Beta and Owls) had smaller ones, but based on quality, how were they? Who's trending up and who's trending down?

A's- Solid class, stayed the same. It's hard to trend up for them because they're top.
Theos- Trending down
Phi Delt- Trending up
Oz- Trending down
SAE- Trending down
Castle- Trending up
Owls- Trending down
APES- It's hard to trend down when you're so bad, but somehow they managed to pull it off.
Beta- Not a bad pc, but trending down due to size

All of A's pledge class last year was cut by Phi Delt besides the big black kid who looks like Predator.
Beta has cool seniors but they need an awesome PC this spring in order to survive when they're gone
Off campuses are going to keep getting harassed by the university so don't expect much there

Owls are having problems with cops but, despite the rumours, Owls aren't losing 33 and are actually also getting 4037 (the big-ass white one right next door)

do less phi delt. no matter how many of you guys up vote each others comments on this website its not gonna compensate for not having parties

I guess it's all a matter of perspective. I personally don't see the most recent APES pc as particularly strong, probably on par with all of their classes which are subpar honestly. I haven't really noticed Oz trending up either, especially based on their newest pledge class. If anything, I'd argue they're slightly trending down, but not enough to be noticeable. I don't know how their dirty rush went but I've heard mixed things. Side note: didn't they lose one of their important houses and sue Campus Apartments for it? Owls on the other hand, seems to be trending down pretty quickly. Their older pledge classes seem to be a lot better, and from what I've heard, they struggled in dirty rush against others. I'd be careful of attributing this to institutional factors. What houses have they lost recently?
