So as a black dude dirty rushed by theos should I even bother with A's? I know a bid from Phi Delt's out of the question but I'm chill with a few bros in A's and heard they let a few token black dudes in.

Are you going to As open rush in Spring? Have you been to any of their events in the Fall? Are you on a sports team here? Important questions before deciding

Going to A's open rush. Been to a few of their events this semester (late nights/downtowns). Not on a sports team though. I'm more interested in if it's even worth it for me to rush A's because, like Phi Delt, they're very WASPy and I know that Phi Delt would never give me a bid, 'cool' or not.

Did you go to a private high school? also when are As open rush events since they don't publicize them like other ones. And which brothers do you know and how well do you know them? Going to a private school plays a big difference

Frosh you've got to chill man. You need to meet the brothers and get them to like you on your own. The only thing I'm interested in knowing is if A's gives bids to black dudes, assuming all else matches with what they're looking for.

This is Demetrius Marquise Thorn and he is weird as hell. Only more evidence of Theos' declining quality. Maybe a bit audacious, but I'd say with the new pledge class they're gonna get they'll be in tier 2 sooner rather than later.

A Phi Delt bid is not not out of the question. The christmas card incident was bad last year. But from what my friends say, they are trying to make ammends and diversify. there is a black kid in their sophomore class too

Phi Delt is a lot more diverse than what people give it credit for. Although it's not true that they have a black kid in their sophomore class, they do have a few Indians and several Hispanic kids. I don't think they'll not give you a bid just because you're black, I just think the fact that black students aren't as interested in rushing them as opposed to other fraternities might explain their lack of black brothers.

You're right. In general, their past classes have sucked and this one looks like the worst of them all. They're being surpassed by the other top ones.

But I'm pretty sure this isn't Demetrius. I think it's that Diego guy from New York

Plus, even if this is that Diego kid, he's just as weird if not weirder than Demetrius. It's stunning how bad Theos has gotten.
