Yeah well for dirty rush nothing is publicized because they're not supposed to be doing it, but for open rush it used to be you literally just walked into the house at certain publicized hours and met the brothers for the first days. Now IFC is going to assign certain houses certain hours for potential new members to walk in and meet the brothers. For off campus rush it's different. Not sure how it works but I'm sure they have open rush days/hours that spread through word-of-mouth

Off campus groups (Theos, Oz, Owls) dont have open rush. You're not going to hear about their events during the first dew days of open rush, and they want it that way (they basically have their PCs picked by now). A's, Phi Delt, any other on campus group will have set times for open rush that are published by IFC

I'm not familiar with how it works but I know for sure Owls doesn't have a full pledge class yet, so there'll probably be a variation of open rush or at least a more inclusive dirty rush pt 2 next semester.

Off Campuses aren't done forming their pledge classes and still dirty rush until the end of on-campus's open rush. But realistically it's too late to start now as all off campuses already know the 20-30 guys that their pledge class will come from

Owls sure as hell doesn't have their pledge class yet. If at all, they need more people, not more time to cut it down. They're probably gonna start sending out letters to literally everyone at the beginning of open rush like they always do to see if they can get anything remotely resembling a pledge class.

A's certainly has open rush. As it starts getting more selective, the events start to become closed, but this is true for any fraternity.
