tier 1 order

Consensus seems to be that A's, THEOS, Phi Delt, and OZ are in Tier 1. Has A's overtaken THEOS recently? Is Phi Delt above OZ? Who's more likely to break into the top two?

That seems to be based on my observations, although I don't think any of the last two are in any position to displace A's/Theos.
