lubavitch house - trending up

Lubavitch House has really been trending up this semester. Completely renovated house. Great location right on Spruce. Incredible sense of community. If they keep it up, they definitely have a chance to steal a few APES rushes. This would let them slide safely into Lower Middle with Fiji, TEP, and friends. Would love to see these guys succeed as a wholesome alternative to ZBT, APES, Theos, etc.

got some really good new members. clearly better than AEPi. Wouldn't be surprised to see them pass ZBT and compete with APEs in a year or two
