How do people feel about Phi's off-campus move, the frat in general? I don't really want to hear about rankings/tiers because that is the stupidest concept.

i think they've benefited from going off campus judging from their volume/quality of events. not sure how rush will change though

i've always thought pi kapp guys were really funny and easy to get along with and i think that's why they are typically a favorite among sororities
