Top: FIJI, AEPI, SAMMY - Sweet house, girls love them, know how to chill hard while still throwing down
Upper-Pike, Delt, AXP - AXP is barely holding out but these frats have some allstars who turned down bids elsewhere and mix pretty hard
Mid-Phi Psi - relaxed and high grades, throw bangin mixers
Honorable - Snakes and DU and Phi Sig - Really competitive too and will not take just anyone but have flexibility in their 'type' where a brotherhood like FIJI or SAMMY would not

Ranks of the Irrelevant:
T1: FIJI, SAMMY, Elmos
T2: Phi Psi. AXP, Pike
T3: SigNu, ATO
T4: KA, LamdaChi, Delt
Too New, Haven't Made A Name For Themselves: Alpha Sig, AEPi, Phi Sig
Before I get a "hi <insert frat you think i'm in>" these rankings are extremely fluid and it's called "Ranks of the Irrelevant" for a Reason." A geed with a terrible ratio could get into any of these frats' parties.
