(Part 2)
T1: Theos/a's both came out strong. Phi delts been quiet, Apes has been trending up
T2: Same old for Sae and beta. Phi has been trending down, don't see them surviving off campus. Zbt with strong start to year
T3: ksig has been flat post nso. Sig chi has been decently active - same with tep
sororitys:
-oax is probably gonna have a tough time rushing. Tridelt and Theta will probably split the would-be AXO's

phi delt hasn't hosted a single social event this year
phi has been one of the most active frats since going off campus
sig chi has been way more than just "decently" active
tep has done nothing
oax had a much better pc than tridelt and won't have a tough time rushing

No one who would've joined AXO wants to join an off campus sorority. Tabard is a totally different crowd

Phi Delt's parties are closed and very exclusive. Not my fault you didn't get invited to anything, especially to the Band Party which was (as usual) top notch. TEP has been trending upwards and had quite a few decent dance floor parties. Phi has hosted maybe three things. Definitely not "one of the most active" off campus ones. Again, your problem if you don't get invited to parties.
