bump a phi down to be on par with SK

keep zeta in low tier but above ADPi, (zeta is bad but not THAT bad, ADPI was dropped by more girls than any other sorority and is still advertising recruitment)

umm there are other sororities also advertising recruitment (aren't zeta and aphi recruiting?). Also zeta girls clearly have commented on like every board on sororities saying zeta > adpi. Don't be so lame, or at least don't be so obvious.

sk is still recruiting too, and adpi's pc is pretty fun this year. zeta and adpi are definitely lower tier but neither is really better than the other honestly

Zeta took 3 girls in COB and they were finished recruiting the weekend after bid day. I don't know about SK but I'd think they were done as well.
