I see this hurting them because with the way sorority rush is structured, a lot of girls probably won't want to bother going to AXO events on top of the normal stuff. It isn't like an off campus frat where you choose which frats to rush

Or they'll decide that they like the girls and just join them without having to go through rounds of rush parties and getting cut. They're not going to have anything to do with Panhel, their rush basically will be like fraternity rush only for women.

But they won't be AXO anymore or allowed to use anything related to the sorority. After a year or two they will be completely gone as everyone graduates and no one cares. Good luck with finding anyone willing to rent a house to you with your lack of national backing and your track record of drunkeness and rule breaking.
