Top tier:
Theta - some of the girls don't look like they're Theta material at all but overall still the hottest
AXO - definitely rising if not on par with theta. Lots of cute girls that are a really good time
TriDelt - whether they're even top tier anymore is questionable... Definitely declining
Middle tier:
SDT - nothing really significant to say, kind of forgettable although still more attractive than Chi O and APhi
Chi O - solid gains this year, but still middle tier at best. Girls are pretty but a lot of them are bland
APhi - the girls who wish they were in theta or AXO. Overall all pretty PC but still kind of ratchet
Bottom tier:
Zeta - up and coming. Random hot girls here and there that will probably give them increasingly prettier pledge classes in the years coming
ADPi & SK - seem to be steadily bottom tier

no way aphi is the same as axo. down with sdt and chi o both of which had better pcs.

^true, ZTA has been around for years. Has never made quota...ya..

That's definitely not completely right. TriDelt fell through majorly with their PC, and Chi O had major gains with their PC and is for sure better than APhi and SDT, considering the fun mixers and everything.
Definitely would rank like this:
theta
axo, chi o
tridelt, SDT, Aphi
SK
zeta, ADPi

Every relevant guy at Penn knows that despite a weaker class than usual, (read: losing out to AXO and theta) Tridelt still got way hotter and cooler girls than Chi O, etc. mixing with chi O was eh and alpha phi was awful. Sdt was fun and sdt got the best class of the middle tier.
