kappa colonization?

Is it true that KKG is recolonizing here? My mom was a kappa and I really want to be one too, so should I wait to rush?

Candace Bergen was Kappa @ Penn and is a top house across the USA. My cousin was Kappa @ U of Oregon. GO KAPPA!

I don't think it's coming for a while. Phi Sig has to recolonize and I think DG was slated before Kappa to colonize.

That's not how it works. First Panhellenic has to vote that a new sorority is needed, then all NPC groups not currently at Penn apply for consideration. Then Panhellenic invites national reps from a handful of groups to come to campus and make formal presentations stating their case for why they would be a good fit. Finally, Panhellenic votes on which group they want to colonize/recolonize.
