dirty rush

Let's say for whatever reason you haven't gotten the chance to meet the brothers of a moderately exclusive frat (like sae or pikapp) is it still possible to rush during official rush and have a shot at a bid?

they know about 85% of their PC beforehand, the other 15% is up in the air. they usually are familiar with the kids because of friend groups but if you make a solid connection during open rush you've got a chance

you still have a fairly decent shot. Most of the top houses pick up at least 4-5 guys during open rush

despite what some people may think, it actually is completely reasonable to get a bid from open rush. If you go to open rush and they get even the slightest hint that you may be a normal guy you will get an invitation to the first event of closed rush. After that it is up to you to make an impression. No house goes into rush with a totally full pledge class.
