Choosing a Frat

There’s no objective ranking. All the tiers are, for the most part, pointless.

Though there are different experiences.

Smaller, Downtown, International Scene (if you can afford it): Theos, Castle, Owls…

Classic, Traditional, American (think Animal House): Phi Delt, Beta, Sig Chi…

Here’s my advice: join the house where you like the brothers and your pledge class. Go where you feel at home.

I wish more people understood ranks are based mostly on social presence (i.e., wealth) and not the quality of the brotherhood
