Phi Delt Baffles Me
by: crowsHow is Delt's rank so egregious? I swear everyone everywhere glazes tf out of them and swears that they're a top frat even though their PCs have been **** and Farm is dying down. I don't get how they constantly sit on the higher end of the ranks and are seen as better than frats like Apes or even ZBT. They've had maybe 2 parties this year and they both have been let downs. I just don't get the unwarranted hype.

real answer: Delt apparently used to be way better so juniors/seniors have different perceptions. reality is that apes and zbt have cleared them now
funny answer: there’s a Delt soph who posts here almost daily. If u look at the other thread trashing Delt he’s literally in it trying to “debunk” every comment
