T1: The Scene. Run the downtowns, T1 sorority relations, best on-campus parties. Theos had the best PC on campus. Hall looted the rest of the domestic rushes. Castle and Owls clung on to the best internationals.

T2: Scene pt.2. Slightly worse srat relations but still downtown presence and big on-campus events. Apes has been performing well. Zete has the best sorority relations imo. ZBT/PhiDelt are interchangeable to me; ZBT worse in srat relations but phi delts 10-man PC puts them on even playing field.

T3: Big on campus frats but no longer sceney. Still will throw the one-off big party. Fiji seems to be capitalizing more on SAEs slip ups recently in rush. Elmo runs its own scene.

T4: Once upon a time, these would be considered solid, mid-tier frats. Not anymore. Sammy is just Apes/ZBT leftovers but SIGNIFICANTLY worse. Beta is dying. Sig Chi gets a PC every year that just gets worse and worse. Remember when they were on downtowns lol.

T5: Last speck of relevancy. You might have stumbled into one of their parties freshman year. That’s all.
