HOT TAKES frats second sem

considering current rankings and predicted PCs, this is really whats gonna happen this semester:

T1: Theos

T1.5: Zete/ Hall

T2: Castle/ Owls/ Apes

T3: Phi Delt

T4: ZBT / Sammy

T5: Fiji / SAE

Theos is always gonna be the best, with hall close behind. Castle does not deserve to be number one in all of these rankings-- they barely throw and are more caught up with appearances than anything else. Apes PC is looking really good and could bump them up this semester. Zete PC is solid and parties were great this semester. Owls PC is random but they consistently throw and brunch keeps them relevant. ZBT is totally irrelevant and the PC is bad but sometimes they throw good parties. Phi Delt could be good this semester with the right PC. Sammy is irrelevant but has great guys.
