Open rush Questions

Had a couple questions about open rush
1- Is it impossible to only get in through open rush without participating in dirty rush at all?
2- What are the dues like for next semester, specifically ZBT SAE and Delt

1- depends on the frat. delt and zbt probably yes, sae probably no
